TRAVEL TO POLAND

There are several possible ways of getting to Poland: by flight, by bus by car or by train.

The best way to go to Poland is by bus and ferry boat. The main advantage is the opportunity to take a suitcase weighing 30 kg, in addition to hand luggage. You have to book and buy the ticket well in advance, if you want to travel by bus. Ask for 10% student discount.

You can travel by car with a ferry link from Nynäshamn to Gdansk (for information call +46 8 520 686 60 or see webpage www.polferries.se) or from Karlskrona to Gdynia (for information call +46 31 704 00 00 www.stenaline.com). You can also travel from Copenhagen or Ystad to Swinoujscie (for information see webpage www.polferries.se, and www.unityline.pl).
Take a taxi from arrival station in Poland to the student dormitory. Taxi fares are very cheap in Poland.

If you wish to arrive earlier you have to notify your university.
Please remember that you are personally responsible for the trip.
Final dates of arrival in each university will be provided during interview.
