GDANSK MEDICAL UNIVERSITY
In May, the Selection Committee will invite by mail, candidates that they consider suitable, for an interview in June 2008, with members of the Faculty of Medicine from Polish Universities.
You must be available for the exam/interview with the Dean of the Gdansk Medical University on:
- Friday, the 6th of June in Stockholm at 13.00 o’clock
- Sunday, the 8th of June in Gothenburg at 13.00 o’clock
Please do not come late, and be sure to bring with you a pen and your passport as an identity document.
You will sit an examination with questions in chemistry, biology and physics. We know that in Norway there is no requirement to study biology in high schools. The University would like to check your current knowledge. Thereafter, you will have the opportunity to discuss your position with the faculty officials.
You should be well dressed for this occasion, as suitable clothes show respect for these people, who have travelled especially to Scandinavia to see you. A tie and a suit or blazer for the men (no jeans) will be required, and conservative dresses for the women.
After a successful interview, you will receive immediately in Oslo, Gothenburg and Stockholm a certificate of enrolment for the medical studies at the University, which you need to send to the State Educational Loan Fund (e.g. Lånekassen, CSN).
At the interview you will also be informed about the payment schedule, books, trip to your university, accommodation and many other practical points.
WROCLAW MEDICAL UNIVERSITY
The Wroclaw Medical University is not planning any examination in 2008.
Note: there is no charge for the interview!
