EXAMS DURING STUDY

Examinations are held at the end of most subject courses, usually in February and June. If students fail on the first attempt they are allowed to re-sit this written paper. If a student fails the second attempt, he or she has a final opportunity in front of a board of professors who will verbally examine the student. Needless to say, this last option is not recommended. Final exams before the summer holidays are held in June, further attempts in September.
